Insurance Program Review
- Review and provide objective feedback regarding your business’ insurance and risk management program
- Conduct a risk survey and ascertain all aspects of your organization’s operation to identify and quantify exposures to loss
- Offer recommendations regarding coverage improvements, administration, loss control, cost containment and financing mechanisms to properly protect your assets and earnings
Business Transaction (M&A) Consulting
- Provide due diligence and objective counsel in the identification, quantification, and treatment of exposures to risk both pre and post-acquisitions
Claims
- Review claim development analysis for prior policy years as well as forecast for upcoming renewals
- Assist in the resolution of all outstanding property claims • Assist with complex claims or claims involving insurance company denials of coverage
- Coordinate and participate in claim review meetings and assist with the resolution of open claims for prior policy periods
- Offer expert witness support in insurance coverage disputes and litigation
Loss Control & Workplace Safety
- Assist with the formation and implementation of a loss control and safety program
Insurance Program & Market Management
- Compile a comprehensive summary of all policies, which will detail what is covered; limits, deductibles, coverage limitations, enhancements, and exclusions
- Develop specifications for marketing an insurance program and risk-related services.
- Manage the marketing process, coordinate insurance company designation between brokers, evaluate and compare proposals, and make recommendations on program selection and service providers
- Follow through on the negotiation and issuance of new or renewal policies, perform an independent review, and provide comments to broker(s) for correction
- Review and approve endorsements, audits, adjustments and their respective additional or return premiums
- Assist in the budgeting and allocation process
Certificate Monitoring
- Assist in the implementation of a certificate of insurance program and the monitoring/compliance of the same
Contract Review
- Review and provide comments on compliance of all contractual arrangements (i.e., Lease Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, and other contracts which incorporate assumption of risk or insurance language)
